Had to stop and think for a minute...who is King in Queensland? need I say more...

Lazy Grey-Stop and Think

A little while back, New York based graphic artist Filip Pagowski partnered with Rei Kawakubo's highly respected fashion label 'Comme Des Garcons' to create the line 'Play'. With his minimalsistic, simple yet oh so effective designs, Pagowski and Comme Des Garcons have been making waves from Tokyo to Sydney. I have some of these threads and I love em, but fuck it's a hassel having to hand wash, never tumble dry and only iron through an iron press. I'm a mess what can I say. You can find these bad boys at 'The Apartment' in Brisbane for about $200.

P.S shouts to the Apartment, a must stop and shop destination for thread heads.

Some fresh gear from Christian Audigier... Got me some of these...very nice if i say so myself. You can find these online as I did, just make sure their real-too many copies of a copy out there to count. You can't blame them though, Hedonism ain't always bad people, it can just make you do bad things.

Those new sneakers from those classic Italian's... so so def

I am sure you are all aware of the legacy that is Obey. I own a bit of Obey clothing and have always been inspired by the movement that is Obey Giant. Ever since I got into street culture, Obey had always been a top ranking official in the streets all around the world. So i thought i would give you a brief history lesson on the giant presence that is Obey.

Originating in Rhode Island as a kind of 'inside joke' within street culture (mainly hiphop and skating crews) a young student named Shepard Fairey and his mates decided to get shit moving. It was the late 80's, and five young cultural entrepreneurs started posting all over Rhode Island "Andre the Giant has a posse". As aforementioned, it was originally an in joke for the street cultures involved for a number of reasons. However, no one could predict that these poster pasting propaganda people would pull off such a number of places that by the early 90's the 'Obey' movement had covered most of the United States and in many countries around the world.

Shepard Fairey is most notably the creator of the movement that has seen his work cross many countries over many media platforms. It was natural that this movement would be transfered onto a canvas that can been seen whilst constantly moving, much alike train graffiti. And alas! Obey created their clothing line and has been at it for longer than I have been walking this planet. Here are just some of their new line...I could go on for hours about Obey, but I would never do them justice. Giants!

The new 'All summer long' shirts from the infamous 10 Deep fam. Something alluring about these shirts.

I know this movie is pretty old but for anyone who hasn't seen or heard about this movie, see it, its fucking cool! It's a story about a DJ who loses his hearing from excessive club bangin' in Ibiza...seriously good movie...

Sorry I have been slow on the posts peoples (or should I say person). I have been busy with other endeavors. I will get it poppin as usual now though.
